You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials,
• all activity that occurs under your account,
• ensuring that use of the Services complies with applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of these Terms.

4. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

• use the Services for unlawful purposes,
• attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract proprietary models or datasets,
• use the Services to violate third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights,
• interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.

5. Data & Content

Oriane analyzes publicly available content from third-party platforms.

Oriane does not claim ownership over third-party content indexed by the platform.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services. By using the Services, you grant Oriane a limited license to process such content solely to provide the Services.

6. AI-Generated Outputs

The Services use automated and AI-based systems to generate search results, insights, and analytics.

You acknowledge that:

• outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies,
• results should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice,
• you remain responsible for how you interpret and use outputs.

7. Fees & Payments

Certain Services are paid. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in your subscription agreement or order form.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, models, interfaces, and branding, are owned by Oriane or its licensors.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Oriane disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oriane shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Oriane’s total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Oriane in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for legal or security reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
